Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Slab Saver purchase. Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Standard Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and damage. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within five business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Starting a Return

To request a return or report an issue, contact us at support@slabsavercomics.com and include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.

Returns must be approved before they are shipped. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
