Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Slab Saver Comics purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@slabsavercomics.com and include:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the reason for the return

• Photos of the product and packaging when reporting damage, a defect, or an incorrect item

Returns must be approved before they are shipped. Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions after reviewing the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• The damage or defect

• The incorrect item, when applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide return, refund, or replacement instructions.

Exceptions and Nonreturnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Custom, personalized, or special-order products

• Gift cards

• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging

• Items marked as final sale or otherwise identified as nonreturnable at the time of purchase

Sale Items

Unless an item is specifically marked as final sale or nonreturnable at the time of purchase, eligible sale items may be returned under the same conditions described in this policy.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us before placing a new order so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the provisions above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union and applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

This section does not limit any additional rights available to European Union consumers under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within five business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from an error by Slab Saver Comics.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
